I work from a Person-Centered Therapy (PCT) approach, inspired by Dr. Carl Rogers. Think of it as you being the driver of your journey, with me as the passenger, offering guidance and suggestions to help you reach your destination. While PCT is my foundation, I also incorporate techniques from DBT, CBT, Gestalt, and Existential Therapy, depending on your unique needs. I also use play therapy techniques when working with children or families. My work is always trauma-informed, and I aim to create a personalized approach just for you. For parenting support, I use Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) to help families build stronger connections and empower parents with tools to enhance their parenting journey.
While I am not yet DBT, TBRI, or Play Therapy certified, I have received specialized training in these areas and continue to work under supervision to ensure the highest level of care for my clients.
